Ngadena was one of the first settlers in this location in the early 80’s. At the time she said, there was almost no road or other basic infrastructure in this dense equatorial forest part of Cameroon. The soil was very fertile and adequate for agriculture. She worked hard since then, she raised kids and grandkids from the fruits of the land, especially from cocoa. With the installation of solar electricity, it is yet one more accomplishment in the betterment of her family’s life. Mrs Ngadena’s solar system has 4 lighting points and can run small electrical equipment.
